Real Estate Appraisal and Inventory Center provides appraisal services in Murmansk region. The company was founded in 1999 by a professional appraiser Sergey Franchuk. Currently Mr. Franchuk manages a team of highly-skilled experts who are able to perform appraisals of almost any complexity. The company specializes in appraisal of land plots and commercial real estate, industrial facilities, sea crafts and port infrastructure facilities. 

During cooperation with ValRus a number of complicated and challenging projects has been performed, in particular: appraisal of retail centers and Evroros Group of companies’ business, appraisal of a land plot with developer property rights of residential facilities at Kolskaya street, appraisal of several sea crafts including an ice-breaker ship, appraisal and expert evaluation of urban infrastructures (public utilities), as well as significant amount of appraisal and expert reviews of land plots for the purpose of assessment appeal.
