In December 2016, VALRUS took part in the assessment appeal of 'Tryokhgornaya Manufactory' business complex.

Upon the application of the Arbitration Court of Moscow within the case №А40-157103/2013 the leading experts of VALRUS conducted the expertise to determine the market value of the land plot of NLMK (Novolipetsk Steel) in order to contest the results of the State Cadastral Valuation. 

In June 2016 the experts of VALRUS carried out appraisal of market value of 100% shares of the Saratov Digital Telephone Network's authorized capital.

The project  of stock shares valuation of 72 gas-distributing companies, owned by Rosneftegaz, was completed. Technical guidance, quality control and defense of a project to a client, experts of Self-Regulatory Organization, the Federal Property Management Agency (at Director-General level) and the Federal Government was performed by experts of VALRUS .

Since 2015 VALRUS has performed valuation services of different movable assets for Rosagroleasing.

In 2014 the specialists of VALRUS conducted appraisal of market value of vehicle fleet of PRODO’s sub-company.

VALRUS performed appraisal of a development project for the construction of the 'Heritage' business class residential complex in Novosibirsk. The proposed scope of construction work is more than 100 thousand sq. meters.

The experts of VALRUS conducted appraisal of market value of retail center ‘Torgoviy Kvartal’ in Kaluga, Moscow region. Valuation was performed for loan purposes in Sberbank RF.
