Experts of VALRUS have started cooperation with ‘Rosagroleasing’ in order to conduct valuation of agricultural equipment.

Upon the application of the Arbitration Court of Moscow within the case №А40-157103/2013 the leading experts of VALRUS conducted the expertise to determine the market value of the land plot of NLMK (Novolipetsk Steel) in order to contest the results of the State Cadastral Valuation.

On February 20, 2014, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan came to a positive decision upon application of Ufa Meat Canning Plant to set the cadastral value of land plot located at the address: Ufa, Kalininskiy district, Tramvaynaya str., 4a; land area is 130 461 sq. m.

The valuation of stock shares of the leading retailer 'Ugratorg' of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area was completed.

Our experts in collaboration with the company Jones Lang LaSalle conducted the valuation of logistic complex ‘Krekshino’ for the purposes of  loaning in Sberbank of Russia. The property with the value over 145 million dollars belongs to Raven Russia Limited fond.

The valuation of shares of the poultry factory ‘Kalininskaya’ has completed. Kalininskaya is the agro-industrial enterprise being a part of the ‘PRODO’ holding and is located in the Perm region. 

The valuation of shares of Luzinskiy compound feed mill factory was completed. The enterprise located in Omsk region is a part of ‘PRODO’ holding.
