Valrus specialists conducted a forensic examination in the framework of a case challenging the cadastral value of a land plot with a commercial and office building located on it with an extremely specific location.

At the end of 2018, a foreign investment company applied to Valrus to valuate land plots of about 44 hectares in Kaliningrad acquired for the construction of a multifunctional shopping center.

In 2015, leading experts of Valrus Ltd. took part in a unique project on valuation of 100% share in Turkmenistan Airlines company. The valuation was a part of the process of its incorporation and separation from the state national aviation service, which included the carrier, the airport, ancillary services and the management of the entire industry.

It provides explanation of differences in two Moscow shopping centers appraisals. One was successfully operated before the crisis and another was opened in a crisis time. The valuations were conducted within the framework of forensic examinations in assessment appeal cases.

Valrus Ltd. has delivered judgement about market value of a trucking company (waste management industry) which runs business in Moscow Region. The truck fleet of the company consists of 200 vehicles, vehicle service station and non-operating assets. Since the ultimate intention of the client was to sell the business, the purpose of the appraisal was to define both market value and investment value, as well as the range of values for negotiations.

Valrus Ltd. took part in the project of the assessment appeal of JSC Trekhgornaya Manufactory JSC.


“Trekhgornaya Manufactury” business park is a former manufacturing area of a textile enterprise, which is currently undergoing redevelopment into a modern loft quarter.


There are over 30 buildings with a total area of more than 130 thousand sq.m. located in the territory of the manufactory.
